Democratic Primary

The national Democratic primary is unchanged this week among Democratic registered voters, currently with Hillary Clinton at 52% vs. Bernie Sanders at 43%.

 

General Election Matchups

The general election race is unchanged from last week. Clinton (41%) continues to lead Trump (36%) among registered voters

  • Donald Trump’s favorability numbers hit a bump over the last week, with his “unfavorable” rating climbing 4 percentage points to 58%
  • Hillary Clinton’s favorability ratings are unchanged at 52% unfavorable, 48% favorable

 

These are findings from an Ipsos poll conducted for Thomson Reuters May 21-25, 2016. For the survey, a sample of 1,576 Americans ages 18+ were interviewed online.
