Americans Are United on Climate Solutions

A majority of Americans are concerned about climate change and want Democrats and Republicans to work together on solutions, according to our latest Ipsos poll.

The results of a new poll conducted by Ipsos on behalf of ecoAmerica and Lake Research Partners was released on March 13, 2019. The full poll data can be found in the attached topline. The release information can be found here.

About the Study

The study was designed by ecoAmerica and Lake Research Partners and conducted online in Ipsos’s Omnibus using the web-enabled “KnowledgePanel,” a probability-based panel designed to be representative of the US general population, not just the online population. The survey was conducted February 16th through 19th 2019. All questionnaires were self-administered by respondents in a web-based environment. The data was weighted to match Census 2018 Current Population Survey on age within gender, race, education, income, Census region, & metro status. The margin of error is +/-2.9 percentage points.
