Citizens Advice Scotland General Public and Client Satisfaction Research 2009
The research with Citizens Advice Bureau clients aimed to review perceptions of the organisation as a whole, as well as different aspects of its service provision.
The overarching aim of the research among the general public was to assess public awareness of, and attitudes to, the Scottish Citizens Advice Bureau Service and the context in which it operates and measure how this has changed since the survey was last conducted in 2006.
