Ipsos appoints Dr Jessica Ozan as Head of Education, Children and Families, within Public Affairs in the UK

Dr. Ozan joins Ipsos from the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Ipsos is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Jessica Ozan as the new Head of Education, Children and Families (ECF) within its Public Affairs division. Dr. Ozan joins Ipsos from the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she led numerous children and family-related projects.

Bringing expertise on child and youth well-being, Dr. Ozan is an advocate for child-centric approaches and has established Children Advisory Groups in several international research projects. She has over 15 years’ experience leading and delivering evaluation and research projects focusing on children and families for governments and third sector organisations in the UK, Ireland, and France, as well as the European Commission.

Dr. Ozan has previously led on establishing the first pan-European longitudinal survey measuring child and youth well-being as well as for the UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre as a Doctoral Fellow. She is a member of the UK Evaluation Society Council, where she leads the ethics group.
