Ipsos appoints senior team for new combined business in the UK
Ipsos today announced the appointment of its new client facing senior leadership team in the UK.
Ipsos today announced the appointment of its new client facing senior leadership team in the UK. The team will be headed up by Chief Executive, Ben Page, with Simon Atkinson as Assistant Chief Executive.
The individual business units will be managed by a team of leading industry experts.
Susan Malcolm has been appointed as Managing Director for the Marketing specialism. This department will comprise four separate specialist areas: Market Understanding and Measurement which will be led by Dave Hannay; Innovation and Forecasting, the acting head of which is Susan Malcolm; Health which will be headed up by Hilary Worton; and Qualitative under the leadership of Paul Stamper.
Deborah McCrudden will be Managing Director of Ipsos’s advertising division (ASI) and the Managing Director for Public Affairs, which includes social research and corporate reputation, will be Bobby Duffy.
Liz Landy will be the Managing Director of MediaCT and Niall Rae will be Managing Director of Loyalty.
The Managing Director for the Operations Division will be Yusuf Ramadan.
Commenting on the new appointments, Chief Exec of Ipsos, Ben Page said:

With around 40% of Synovate leaders so far represented on my senior team we have an even broader pool of talent across the business. I am convinced that under this leadership, we will be able to deliver a unique and distinctive offer to our clients and the market in 2012 and beyond.”
The team will be responsible for the research side of the combined businesses of Ipsos and Synovate in the UK in 2012.
The combined company will be known in the UK as Ipsos.
This round of appointments follows the recent announcement of David Holliss as Chief Financial Officer, Caroline Wingfield as HR Director and Sara Gundry as Communications Director in the UK.
