Latest GP Patient Survey results released

NHS England and Ipsos release the latest GP Patient Survey results

Ipsos undertakes the GP Patient Survey (GPPS) on behalf of NHS England. GPPS is a survey of adult patients registered with English practices, delivering data at practice, CCG, Region, Overarching Region and national levels. The GP Patient Survey assesses patients’ experience of healthcare services provided by GP surgeries, including experience of access to GP surgeries, making appointments, the quality of care received from GPs and practice nurses, satisfaction with opening hours and experience of out-of-hours GP services. The survey also includes a number of questions assessing patients’ experience of NHS dental services. The latest results of the survey aggregate data collected across two separate waves of fieldwork, from July to September 2014 and then again from January to March 2015.

The results can be found at: www.gp-patient.co.uk
