The Mobile Consumer Survey Report

In 2009, The Logic Group first commissioned Ipsos to conduct research into the state of customer loyalty in Britain. This lead to a series of annual reports entitled ‘The Imperatives for Customers Loyalty’ from 2009 to 2012.

As the research evolved, it increasingly developed a focus on mobile technology use among consumers. Meaning that this year, in a break from tradition, there are three research cycles, each looking at different aspects of today’s consumer landscape. The results here represent the summary findings of the first of those cycles, looking specifically at consumer attitudes to new mobile technologies, as well as what consumers currently use mobile technologies for and what they anticipate using them for in the future.
