Ipsos has established `Delivery', to add value to research findings by reviewing clients' business processes and analysing how these match performance measures. Acting as `critical friends' with our clients, the specialism will make recommendations for change, and, importantly, review progress over time. The team will be lead by Mark Diffley, who joins from Audit Scotland where he spent several years leading performance audit studies in health, justice, and the environment. Before this he was a senior member of the research team at MORI.
Simon Braunholtz, Managing Director of Ipsos Scotland commented: "I'm delighted to welcome Mark back - he has a strong background as a researcher, and with invaluable experience of evaluating service delivery from his time at Audit Scotland, he is the ideal person to introduce new ways of working with our clients"
