Ipsos's March voting intention findings, carried out face-to-face between 9-15 March amongst 1,983 British adults aged 18+, show the Conservative Party eight points ahead of Labour amongst those who say they are absolutely certain to vote.
Ipsos's latest findings from our quarterly Delivery Index tracker survey show that public confidence in the future of the NHS remains at a very low level, although confidence in the future of education remains higher.

Ipsos's latest survey for The Sun shows an increase since 2001 in the proportion of the population thinking the current Labour government is 'more sleazy' than the previous Conservative government under John Major.
Ipsos's first Political Monitor of 2007 shows the Conservatives leading Labour by 4 points (39% vs 35%). This puts the Tory share significantly higher than it was during most of the Autumn, and represents a swing of 3.5% from Labour since the 2005 general election.
The latest monthly Ipsos poll for The Sun examined public attitudes to the main two party leaders plus Gordon Brown and how these relate to attitudes towards the Labour and Conservative parties.
More of the public are satisfied with the way Gordon Brown is doing his job as Chancellor of the Exchequer than are satisfied with the performance of any of the three party leaders. However, Gordon Brown's personal ratings are the lowest recorded by Ipsos since 1997 with the exception of the fuel crisis in late 2000.
The general public would like to see the reform of political party funding bringing about greater controls on the influence from the affluent few and reinvigoration of local politics, according to deliberative research carried out by Ipsos on behalf of the Electoral Commission. This report outlines the findings from five deliberative workshops across the UK, and a further reconvened workshop which enabled the debate to be developed. The report will feed into Sir Hayden Phillip's Review of the Funding of Political Parties.
