We live in a connected world: the Internet Of Things. Connected appliances projected to reach 178 million units globally in 2020.

Ipsos' latest thinking of Branding and Consumer Insights were presented at the annual Marketing Summit organised by the Universidad Del Pacifico.

  • the impact of these changes on how people engage with brands (the new brand narrative)

83% of global internet users say access to the web should be a “basic human right”.
