Ipsos Retail Performance, a world leader in retail and people counting analytics, is set to attend the NRF Big Show for a fourth year running, where it will showcase the latest approaches to improve the in-store customer experience.
This includes driving forward consumer behavior using traffic data and bespoke in-store behavioral analysis, all alongside its ground breaking retail centric consulting approach C.A.S.H. (Collect, Analyse, Structure and Harvest – a store improvement strategy bringing in location, traffic, layout, product placement and sales associates).
Ipsos Retail Performance will be showcasing unique customer insight and analytical solutions, such as Shopper Engage Lite, in conjunction with its class leading capability to accurately people count. Further merging of other data such as customer feedback and appointment bookings will also be covered.
As a true in-depth retail consultancy, Ipsos Retail Performance offers a defined delivery model to understand consumer trends by monitoring the customer journey to deliver improved in-store customer experience and greater conversion.
Other retail solutions being demonstrated during the event include Queue Management, a system that allows retailers and leisure operators to optimize queues for maximum efficiency, and customer counting technology and data analysis tool, Shopper Count, both of which can be viewed on a secure, global online platform.
Also on show will be the award-nominated Ipsos Traffic Count app, available on both iOS and Android. Providing sales associates an increased ability to monitor key statistics on the go, including daily traffic, sales and a daily forecast based on historical data. The app is currently delivering a 35 per cent uplift of clients in-store analytics engagement.
