[EVENT] General Online Research 2018

On March 2, Stefan Maas from Ipsos SMX will hold a presentation about Textanalytics at the GOR 2018 in Cologne: "Beyond the obvious. Getting more out of consumer reviews with Text Analytics and Advanced Statistics"

Our goal is to derive substantive insights about the core drivers for a five-star-rating of consumer reviews in online shops or platform ratings. For achieving this, we are leveraging and combining both human capabilities and AI (NLP, Machine Learning). Based on a case study on Amazon’s smart speaker “Echo” we will show the value of our approach on strategic as well as operational level.

The presentation will be part of a panel hosted by marktforschung.de, dealing with the use of AI in market research.
