The Human Advantage Conference 2026: Highlights

On October 1 and 2, 2026, The Human Advantage Conference brought together internationally renowned researchers, leaders, experts and practitioners to explore how behavioral science, AI and human intelligence can help address major business and societal challenges.

Behavioral science, AI, leadership, work, innovation, democracy, trust and consumer understanding: over the course of two days, speakers shared academic research, forward-looking perspectives and practical insights to better understand both the transformations already under way and those that are emerging.

Day 1: Behavioral Science: From Research to Action

The first day placed behavioral science at the heart of many of the challenges facing organizations and society.

Work, engagement, public policy, consumer behavior, behavior change and organizational dynamics: researchers and practitioners brought together their perspectives to better understand what truly influences our decisions and to identify the levers that can turn knowledge into action.
