Consumer Confidence Index

September sees a 0.1 point rise from June to 50.5.

The country is still heading in the wrong direction to 95% of Brazilians, and has been at this level since June 2017. To 86% of Brazilians, the mood regarding Brazil's future is of concern or outrage.

August sees a 0.2-point decrease to 50.5 in the Global Consumer Confidence Index.

June's Global Consumer Confidence Index shows steadiness after a three-month drop of just 0.1 points.

This May sees the Global Consumer Confidence Index rise by 0.4 points.

The country is still heading in the wrong direction to 92% of Brazilians, remaining at the same level as the previous month. The stagnant economy, the unemployment, political and institutional crisis and the chaos in public safety are the main causes for this negative perception regarding the nation’s direction.

This month's global consumer confidence reaches 50.9

March's global consumer confidence Primary Index has risen to 50.6 to tie January 2018's record high.

The global Ipsos Consumer Confidence Index is showing a slight uptick to 50.3 in February.
