Annual survey of Chief Executives and Finance Directors of Scotland's 32 councils
Repeating the inaugural survey conducted in 2010, the 2011 survey aimed to help key organisations understand the priorities for Scotland’s local authorities.
Taking a multi-client approach, the cost of the survey was shared by participating clients, whose involvement and results were confidential. Technical details 18 Chief Executives and 18 Finance Directors (or equivalent) were interviewed by telephone between 14 July and 26 August 2011. Click here to view a copy of the report.
