Latest GP Patient Survey results released
The latest GP Patient Survey (GPPS) results have now been published. The infographic below details the headline findings of patients’ experience of healthcare services provided by GP surgeries, including experience of access to GP surgeries, satisfaction with opening hours and experience of out-of-hours GP services.
Ipsos undertakes the GPPS on behalf of NHS England. GPPS is a survey of adult patients registered with GP practices in England. Data is published twice yearly at practice, CCG and national levels.
The latest results of the survey aggregate data collected across two waves of fieldwork, from January to March 2015 and then again from July to September 2015.

Technical noteThe current overall response rate is 35.7%, based on 854,032 surveys returned between 5 January and 3 April 2015, and 1 July and 2 October 2015. Data are weighted to match the profile of the population. Read further technical information about how the survey works (PDF).
