Get in touch

Manchester City Council has commissioned Ipsos to undertake a survey of businesses from across the city of Manchester.

The Council wants to understand how they can get the city up and moving as quickly as possible.

We are approaching businesses in a number of ways:

  • We have membership organisations such as CityCo, the Chamber of Commerce or local Enterprise Networks who are helping us spread the word;
  • Our telephone team may have called you because your organisation was selected at random from a commercial database; or
  • You may have received a direct invitation from us to take part via email, again because your organisation was selected at random from a commercial database.

We are also promoting the link to the survey more widely via the Council website, their business ebulletin or through the local media.

If you have completed the survey, then thank you. If you have not, then we would really appreciate you taking the time by clicking on the link below.

We appreciate the incredible pressure businesses are currently under, but if you can spare 15 minutes to tell us what you think, then the Council can use this information to speed up the recovery of your city.

Ipsos is an independent market research organisation. We work strictly within the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and your individual views will be collected in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with the Council.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the Ipsos team via email: [email protected] or telephone: 0800 0149 466.

Thank you
Glenn Gottfried, Project Manager
