The Media Standards Trust commissioned Ipsos to conduct a face to face omnibus survey for this report.. Where the question allowed alternative responses, the answers were rotated at random.
- 980 interviews were conducted in GB with members of the general public, face to face, in-home between 8 and 17 January 2010, using Ipsos’s omnibus, Capibus.
- Base: All adults aged 15+, unless otherwise stated.
- The data presented are weighted to reflect the national profile.
- An asterisk (*) represents a value of less than half a per cent, but not zero.
- Where results do not sum to 100%, this is due to multiple responses, computer rounding, or the exclusion of ‘don’t know/not stated’ response categories.
