Ipsos Retail Performance Shortlisted for Retail Systems Award
We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Retail Partnership of the Year category at the Retail Systems Awards 2017.
Now into their twelfth year, the Retail Systems Awards recognise technological excellence and innovation within the retail sector. Winning entries come from retailers and technology suppliers who are leading the way in areas such as mobile, online, payments, loyalty and personalisation.
Working in partnership with a number of clients, we created an in-store app in just six months to empower store staff and enable them to improve the customer experience.
The new Ipsos Traffic Count App allows retail staff on the shop floor to view a snapshot of actionable data in the palm of their hands, giving them more time with customers and less time in the back office, an efficiency not seen before in the retail analytics world.
Having information readily available on the app will increase engagement from store staff and allow decisions to be made based on accurate, timely and historical data, whilst still having the ability to delve deeper in to the data through our online portal when required.
The app has now been released on iOS and is available to customers receiving data from Ipsos Retail Performance.
The Retail Systems Awards Gala Dinner & Ceremony will take place on 19 October 2017 at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square. Wish us luck!
