Ipsos survey for Halifax International Security Forum finds Iran, Pakistan and Russia are considered the least likely to have a positive impact on world affairs over the next decade

A new global Ipsos study conducted on behalf of World Vision International in 16 countries reveals almost four in ten (37%) parents/guardians say their children are not getting the proper nutrients they need on a daily basis, and 21% say their children have gone to bed hungry in the last 30 days. Moreover, almost half (46%) of adults globally say they have worried about finding the money to buy food in the last 30 days, rising to 77% in low-income countries.

48% across 31 countries say the quality of the healthcare in their country is good – but the picture is inconsistent.

In five points, we look at how people across 29 countries feel about everything from if, and when, abortion should be legal to who, if anyone, should be punished when it’s illegal.

Around the world, inequality is a more salient issue for younger generations, who are also less likely than older people to believe they live in a society that rewards merit and hard work. But there are some important differences between different groups in how inequality is defined, and who is thought to suffer because of it.

A global country average of 74% of people, in the 29 countries surveyed, agreed in principle that people should be able to take refuge in other countries, including their own, to escape war or persecution.

Europ Assistance (“EA”) today announced the international findings of their first edition of the Auto & Mobility Barometer. The survey was conducted by Ipsos, a global market research firm, among 6,000 people across six countries in Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain. It tracks Europeans mobility habits. The survey was taken between November 29th and December 9th, 2022
