Ipsos in the UK is awarded elite membership of MSPA Europe/Africa for the 11th consecutive year
Ipsos in the UK have been awarded Elite Membership of the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association Europe/Africa (MSPA) for 2026, marking the 11th consecutive year Ipsos has been recognised as a leading Mystery Shopping agency.
The Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (MSPA) is the global Mystery Shopping trade association, with three regional chapters (Americas, Europe/Africa and APAC) and over 300 members worldwide. The main role of the MSPA is to promote the highest standards in Mystery Shopping, in addition to supporting members, mystery shoppers and clients through e-learning, educational workshops and networking events.
As the world’s largest provider of Mystery Shopping, Ipsos plays a leading role in the MSPA, with membership held by 20 individual Ipsos country offices across multiple territories. And, whilst Ipsos directly oversees fieldwork in a large number of countries, it is important to partner with like-mined, high-quality and trusted MSPA agencies where necessary. And, this collaboration between MSPA agencies is a key membership benefit.
Since May 2025 Andy Firth (Head of Advisory and Analytics, UK Channel Performance) has been President of the MSPA Europe/Africa Chapter. He comments:
“As the world’s biggest Mystery Shopping company it is important that we play a leading role within the industry association. Not only does it allow us to keep abreast of the latest industry developments, but it also ensures that we are ‘in the room’ collaborating with partners and understanding the competition. As President, I seek to ensure all Mystery Shopping agencies adhere to the highest quality standards and are producing meaningful data from which the whole sector will benefit."
