Ipsos UK receives MSPA Europe/Africa Elite Membership for 2025, marking a decade of industry excellence.

About the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (MSPA)

The Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (MSPA) is the world-wide trade association for the Mystery Shopping industry. There are three regional chapters (Americas, Europe/Africa and APAC) with over 300 members worldwide, and the main role of the MSPA is to promote the highest standards in Mystery Shopping and support members, mystery shoppers and clients through e-learning, educational workshops and networking events.

Andy Firth to Lead MSPA Europe/Africa Chapter

In addition, from May 2025 Andy Firth (Head of Advisory and Analytics, UK Channel Performance) will become President of the MSPA Europe/Africa Chapter.
This demonstrates a commitment to Industry Excellence; Andy states “As the world’s biggest mystery shopping company it is important that we play a leading role within the industry association. Not only does it allow us to keep abreast of the latest industry developments, but it also ensures that we are ‘in the room’ collaborating with partners and understanding the competition. As incoming President, my primary focus will always be Ipsos, but by ensuring all Mystery Shopping agencies adhere to the highest quality standards and are producing meaningful data the whole sector will benefit.”

As President, Andy’s role will be to continue building awareness of Mystery Shopping and ensure the industry retains the highest quality standards; as well as promoting Ipsos as the world’s leading agency.
