Title: AI-Moderated Interviews across Latin America: Benefits, Limitations, and Lessons

Abstract: Through an AI-driven moderation approach, we gathered 151 qualitative interviews throughout Latin America, specifically in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. This case study describes the method, the tradeoffs, and the practical lessons, including what the AI handled well, what required human judgment, and how we adapted the approach for culturally and linguistically diverse participants.
