The Israel Primary Consumer Sentiment (“Consumer Confidence”) Index (“PCSI”) as measured by the Thomson Reuters/Ipsos PCSI for May,2018 is down 2.5 percentage points over last month.
The monthly PCSI result is driven by the aggregation of the four, weighted, subIndices: the PCSI Employment Confidence (“Jobs”) Sub- Index which is down 0.3 points; the PCSI Economic Expectations (“Expectations”) Sub-Index which is down 0.4 points; the PCSI Investment Climate (“Investment”) Sub-Index which is down 5.5 points; and the PCSI Current Personal Financial Conditions (“Current Conditions”) Sub-Index which is down 5.3 percentage points over last month.
Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Arabia Primary Consumer Sentiment (“Consumer Confidence”) Index (“PCSI”) as measured by the Thomson Reuters/Ipsos PCSI for May,2018 is up 4.1 percentage points over last month.
The monthly PCSI result is driven by the aggregation of the four, weighted, subIndices: the PCSI Employment Confidence (“Jobs”) Sub- Index which is up 4.9 points; the PCSI Economic Expectations (“Expectations”) Sub-Index which is up 2.4 points; the PCSI Investment Climate (“Investment”) Sub-Index which is up 4.3 points; and the PCSI Current Personal Financial Conditions (“Current Conditions”) Sub-Index which is up 4.3 percentage points over last month.
