New research released today on the nation's wellbeing, conducted by MORI Telephone Surveys, highlights that women think what they eat is more important to their personal wellbeing than their sex life. 79% of women questioned said their diet was key to their happiness.
The British Film Institute (bfi) today announced the findings of a research survey, conducted for the bfi by MORI in January 2001, to probe animation and the reasons why animated characters appeal to children.
New MORI research reveals that nearly three quarters of people in the UK believe Millennium Commission funded projects will benefit the area in which they live. Only 7% believe there will be no benefit. The research comes at the end of a momentous year of work by the Millennium Commission and its partners and which has seen both the culmination of six years of work, and with a wide range of exciting initiatives still to come.
Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) remains the firm favourite for British package holidaymakers, with 42% having visited in the last 12 months. Greece and her islands were voted second favourite (16%), Cyprus and France were third (7%) and the United States and Turkey were equal with 6%.
