These days, so much of what we do in our lives gets done in front of a screen.

Whether we’re at work, shopping, keeping in touch with friends or just scrolling our social media feeds, a screen is never far away. These screens take many forms: smartphones, gaming consoles, laptops and TV sets, to name just a few.

At our first KEYS webinar of 2026, we looked at what’s really happening on screens these days. What’s changing? What’s enduring? And how can businesses do better when it comes to engaging with people on their screens, in real time?
