AHIPP Survey
The Association of Home Information Pack Providers (AHIPP) commissioned Ipsos to conduct an online survey amongst its member's customers. This online survey of AHIPP customers assessed their satisfaction with the management of the HIP process, the impact of different elements of the HIP on the buying and selling process and views of the Property Information Questionnaire completed by the home seller and included as part of the HIP.
The survey includes questions on the following issues:
- customers' satisfaction with the management of their HIP;
- their views of the Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ);
- whether or not the HIP affected their decision to sell their home);
- their views of the buying and selling process;
- their views on the importance of improving the energy efficiency of homes; and
- how useful they feel different elements of the HIP are for home buyers.
