For a sixth year, Ipsos has been commissioned by Lloyds Banking Group to measure the digital skills that UK adults are able to do independently in their personal life, and for work. This research was launched in the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) 2025 report this September.
Ipsos conducted this research on behalf of HSBC Private Bank during April – May 2025. Ipsos was commissioned to design and carry out the survey to understand High Net Worth entrepreneurs’ attitudes towards their business, their wealth and their outlook for the future.
