Envisioning the library of the future is a major research project undertaken by the Arts Council in 2012/13 that will help to understand the future for libraries, and how they can be developed.

The Local Government Association and the London Councils Self Improvement Board commissioned Ipsos to carry out a rapid review exercise to guide the sector on how to achieve a national benchmark on residents' perceptions of council performance.

Since 2007, Ipsos has carried out annual deliberative workshops on behalf of Kent County Council, exploring the public's priorities for council spending and where savings can best be made. This is an integral part of the council's budget setting process.
