  Gesundheitsprobleme während der Pandemie: Deutsche leiden an Bewegungsmangel und Schlaflosigkeit

  Jeder vierte Deutsche (25%) gibt an, sich infolge der COVID-19-Pandemie nicht ausreichend zu bewegen. Das ist das Ergebnis einer internationalen Umfrage des Markt- und Meinungsforschungsinstituts Ipsos, die vom 07. bis 10. Mai 2020 in 16 Ländern durchgeführt wurde. Weltweit leidet derzeit sogar etwa ein Drittel der Befragten an Bewegungsmangel. Vor allem in Ländern, in denen wegen der Corona-Krise restriktive Maßnahmen oder sogar strenge Ausgangssperren verhängt wurden, bewegen sich die Menschen weniger als zuvor, insbesondere in Japan (38%), Südkorea (37%), Italien (33%), China (31%), Russland (30%) und Spanien (29%).
