PURPOSE & ROLE

  • Work on building and elevating the Ipsos brand
  • Appreciating the vision of Ipsos UU – the largest Qualitative Community in the world with over 1000 qualitative researchers, with the biggest share of insights, at the forefront of uncovering human truths

  • Achieve financial targets through innovative research designs and impactful work that drives action.
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box to solve client’s business issues
  • Ability to create stories from data that build emotional empathy as well as unlock opportunities for brands
  • Demonstrating a Digital-First Thinking, embracing platforms like Gen-AI and VR to dive into consumer insights.
  • Has a strong desire to generate insights based on human understanding and cultural narratives
  • Display a hunger for winning business, developing talent, and thrive in solving complex business and people challenges
  • Is open to work with clients across categories – FMCG, Technology, B&F, Auto, Hospitality, Media, retail etc.

JOB SYNOPSIS AND EXPECTATIONS

Experience:

  • At least 13+ years of strong Market Research Experience with a proven track record in leadership and client acquisition
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Good at problem-solving and dealing with complex situations
  • Team player: Motivate diverse teams; excel in dynamic, collaborative environments focused on growth
  • Experience in Business development and developing strong client relationships
  • A degree in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Designing sound business plans outlining client, and appreciation of financial P&L

  • People-Person: Lead, nurture, and elevate your team with an appreciation for cultural diversity.

  • Drive key accounts by deepening existing client relationships, securing repeat business, and pursuing new client engagements.
  • Proficient in applying tech and Gen-AI at work to build efficiency and creativity
  • Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Solution-oriented mindset - Good at problem-solving skills
