As part of the Spotlight*Kuwait series, this report delves into public attitudes and behaviour regarding online shopping in Kuwait.
In this report of the Spotlight*Kuwait series, we address the topic of e-commerce in the country. The report reveals that around half of the people in Kuwait are online shoppers, primarily driven by attractive promotions (32%) and convenience (31%). Fashion and food & beverage emerge as the most popular online shopping categories, each garnering 65%.
Interestingly, despite the rise of online shopping, the appeal of in-store shopping remains strong, where 6 in 10 individuals believe it cannot be replaced.
