Consumer engagement with brands in Qatar has been rapidly evolving, whereby 8 out of 10 consumers prefer to engage with brands online rather than offline, primarily on social media platforms, moreover, visiting a brand’s website is a key interaction touchpoint.

Delving deeper into the dynamics of consumer influence, 7 in 10 individuals believe in their ability to influence brand actions. Expectations from brands have also evolved, where 6 in 10 believe that brands should get involved in social aspects and not only focus on business matters and 7 in 10 say that they will not buy from a brand, even if they like it, if it was not socially responsible.
