Ipsos’ Jordanian Consumer Sentiment Index shows a 0.6-point decrease since the first quarter of 2025.

The results show that 7 in 10 Jordanians believe the country is moving in the right direction, and more than half describe the current economic situation as strong. Key public concerns remain centered around unemployment, the rising cost of living and inflation, as well as growing unease about poverty and social inequality. In fact, more than half of Jordanians continue to think their current personal financial situation is weak and many believe it will continue to be so in the future.

JCSI is a quarterly national survey that sheds light on consumers' attitudes towards current and future state of the local economy, personal finance situations, as well as savings and confidence to make large investments.
