The findings reveal that 88% of people in Saudi Arabia engage in online shopping, with the key motivators being promotions and convenience. Additionally, most consumers buy from online-only retailers, and fashion emerges as the leading category for online purchases. When it comes to future perceptions on online shopping, around 2 in 5 believe they will be doing most of their shopping online.
