Data Analyst – Ipsos Global Modelling Unit, Advanced Analytics

We are currently seeking an analyst to join our Global Modelling Unit team (position is based in Warsaw) to provide analytical support on projects, gaining exposure to and experience in a great number of analytical techniques.

Responsibilities & deliverables:

  • Performing statistical analysis and modelling tasks on the healthcare projects 
  • Supporting tools development process for our analytical products and offerings
  • Supporting our consulting services
  • Develop a good understanding and knowledge of the analytical products that the GMU supports
  • Provide high quality reliable analytical support for the Client Service teams
  • Become knowledgeable about the market research industry, client sectors and the Ipsos analytical offer

Skills & experience required:

  • Degree in statistics, marketing sciences or related discipline
  • Knowledge of various analytical techniques, especially segmentation will be an asset
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to come forward with ideas and suggestions for improvement
  • Co-operative communicating skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization in a matrix environment
  • Creativity and innovation 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to step outside the box, experiment and look for best solutions to modelling problems
  • Experience with Excel and SPSS is essential, Python, R, VBA would be an asset
