Veteran strategist and business leader Diane Ridgway-Cross has joined the organization to lead Strategy3 Canadian operations.

Taking the helm of Strategy3 in Canada is Diane Ridgway-Cross, who brings more than two decades of experience leading business strategy, growth, and communications at globally recognized marketing communications agencies, architecting growth strategy as the CMO of a Fortune 500 retailer and delivering integrated marketing solutions for major client brands in North America and around the world. In her role at Strategy3, Diane will guide the company's growth and operations in Canada and use Ipsos' innovative research capabilities to help brands expand their audiences, drive innovation, and solve complex business problems.

Ridgway-Cross is a frequent speaker on women in leadership and women’s role in society and the economy, including a TED talk on “The Power of the Purse,” the 3% Conference, Women of Influence, and a variety of International Women’s Day events. She holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s in marketing and finance from the University of Missouri.
