1. How can I apply for roles at Ipsos?
All of our live vacancies can be found on the vacancies section of our website. You will be able to apply via this link and a member of the Talent Team will be in contact to let you know the outcome and inform you of the next steps. The vacancy list on the website is updated on a daily basis.
If you need a copy of a job description or to apply in an alternative format, please contact us via email on [email protected] or call +44 (0)20 3059 5000. If applying via email please include the following:
- CV
- Cover letter, to include:
- Job title of role you are applying for.
- Where you heard about us.
- Desired salary expectations.
- Notice period/availability.
- Whether you require company sponsorship to work in the UK now or in the future. If yes, please provide further information.
- Why you are interested in this role.
- To support our Disability Confident commitment, please indicate if you wish to be considered under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme should you meet the essential criteria for this role.
2. Will my application be treated as confidential?
We treat all applications as confidential.
3. What does your recruitment process entail?
Once you have applied for a role at Ipsos (excluding telephone and face-to-face field interviewer applications), you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for an informal interview with a member of the Talent team.
The formal interview process generally involves one or two rounds of interviews either via Teams or face to face with the hiring manager or members of the team. Depending on the position, there might also be a task phase. The task will vary depending on the role you have applied for, you will receive full instructions about what is expected of you.
Once we have agreed a mutually convenient time and date, we will send you a meeting confirmation including who will be interviewing you and the format of the interview.

Some tips to help you prepare for your interview:
- Online interviews via Teams:
- Test your tech thoroughly before the interview.
- Ensure you are in a quiet location where you won’t be interrupted.
- For task interviews, make sure you have access to software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and practice sharing your screen on Teams. The task will vary depending on the role you have applied for, you will receive full instructions about what is expected of you.
- Do your research on Ipsos and be prepared to answer questions about why you are interested in working for us and the team you are being interviewed for. Look at our goals, values and products and services. We are looking for people who are passionate about working for us.
- Be prepared to answer competency-based questions. Have a look at the job advertisement to determine what skills and experience are required and prepare some examples where you have demonstrated them. Using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) can be a helpful framework for this.
- Remember, practice makes perfect!
- Come prepared with some questions you may have about the role and working at Ipsos UK.
4. Can you do early or late interviews?
Where possible, we are happy to arrange interviews for before or after work hours.
5. Will I have the opportunity to meet the line manager and the team in person at an Ipsos office?
For all roles, at least one of the interviews will involve a face-to-face meeting in one of our offices.

Offer Process
Should you be successful, a member of the Talent team will contact you to extend an employment offer. This is done via a phone call, allowing you to verbally accept or decline the offer. When you have verbally accepted, a formal written offer will be sent through email.
