1. How can I apply for roles at Ipsos?

All of our live vacancies can be found on the vacancies section of our website. You will be able to apply via this link and a member of the recruitment team will be in contact to let you know the outcome and inform you of the next steps. The vacancy list on the website is updated on a daily basis.

2. Will my application be treated as confidential?

We treat all applications as confidential.

3. What does your recruitment process entail?

Once you have applied for a role at Ipsos (excluding telephone and face-to-face interviewer applications), you will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of the recruitment team who will confirm receipt of your application. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to interview, usually with a member of the recruitment team and a hiring manager. The interview process may involve some testing depending on the role you have applied for.

4. Can you do early or late interviews?

Where possible, we are happy to arrange interviews for before or after work hours.

5. Will I have the opportunity to meet the line manager and the team?

This does depend on the role you are interviewing for but in most cases you will have the opportunity to meet with the line manager/director and an interview may involve a meeting with team.

6. How do I apply to be a telephone interviewer?

You can apply directly to [email protected] and we will forward you an application pack.

7. What are the working hours?

The Company’s normal operating hours are between 08.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Employees are expected to work core hours (35 per week) between these times with one hour unpaid for lunch.
