April 9: Understanding the Coronavirus #2 - This edition saw us review the latest public perceptions data, with a specific focus on the different phases of the crisis. It includes a special feature on lessons from China, including a first-hand account of the confinement experience and its aftermath. We shared new research on consumers’ openness to new innovations during a time of crisis and looked at how brands can avoid the perils of “cognitive immunity” in their communications by coming up with great creative concepts.
